预期寿命是评估人口健康的关键指标，如何持续有效地提高残疾人预期寿命已然成为全球范围亟待破解的共同命题之一。立足中国式现代化着力推进人口高质量发展的时代背景，从国内外相关文献的系统梳理分析切入，基于海南残疾人预期寿命的调查分析，揭示影响残疾人预期寿命的关键因素，精准对标海南自由贸易港建设战略要求，适度前瞻地提出极具实操性的健康预期寿命提升策略。
Abstract：Life expectancy is a key indicator for assessing population health, and how to effectively and continuously improve life expectancy of the disabled has become one of the global propositions to be solved. Based on the background of China's modernization and the promotion of high-quality population development, starting with the systematic combing and analysis of the related domestic and foreign literature, this paper reveals the key factors affecting life expectancy of the disabled on the basis of the survey and analysis of life expectancy of the disabled in Hainan. To accurately align with the strategic requirements of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, it prospectively puts forward some practical enhancement strategies for healthy life expectancy.
